Claudio Marcelo Albarellos

IP lawyer and agent in Argentina. He is graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires and earned a degree in the Intellectual Property Rights of this University. He is an agent of Industrial Property in Argentina. Advises on domestic and foreign licensing agreements, franchising, and business law firms. He has also gained extensive experience litigating before the Federal Court in Argentina. He has written several articles on topics related to his specialization and has participated as a speaker at universities and national forums. He is Vice-Director of the Institute of Industrial Property Law of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires and is a member of the following institutions: Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, Bar Association of San Isidro and Copyright American Association. Dr. Albarellos was a fellow of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Ibero American III Congress on Copyright and Related Rights in 1997. He is also visiting professor at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino and the Graduate School of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires offering courses related to Industrial Property Rights.
